I should have finished this picture that day but ran out of time, but have been returning in similar light to try to finish. I will update as I complete it.
Was taking a friend to an appointment at the RVH Belfast, had a couple of hours to pass. Decided to sit in the Foyer and try to sketch this familiar scene. I enjoyed trying to capture the 'Starship Enterprise' style ceiling.
I am interested in the growth of mobile phone shops in our high streets and malls.
Have been meaning to do some sketches of mobile phone shops for a while, but there is so many to choose from....thought I would start with o2 in my local shopping centre.
This was a nice day, wee bit too hazy, had wanted to paint the Mourne mountains in the distance, but couldn't see them. So I opted for this view of Srabo instead. This is my oil painting set up.
