St Comgalls Chapel, Bangor, CoDown

A recent oil painting of St Comgalls Chapel. I enjoyed trying to capture the colouring of the stone. It is not until you study the facade that you realise how many different shades are within the stonework. The curves of the arched doorways and windows are enjoyable to try to capture in oil paint also.

Hi-Tops and Sneekers sketched in my local shopping centre. Although I prefer the older phrase 'Baseball Boots and Gutties'. This fashion outlet has now sadly closed.
